FAQ
Straight answers.
Coverage, stack, quality, languages and cost.
Is the first month really $0?+
Yes, on qualifying plans. Setup sits at $0 while we stand up the operating layer. Ongoing coverage is scoped after that, from $6 an hour or as a dedicated monthly team.
What does from $6 an hour include?+
Entry coverage. It is the lowest published rate for getting specialists on your queue. Dedicated teams, 24/7 and bilingual coverage are priced from the operation, not from a catalogue.
Why outsource customer support?+
It creates flexible coverage, specialist oversight and faster scaling without building every operational layer internally. CXProx shapes the model around your brand, channels, systems and service standards.
How quickly can a team launch?+
Timing depends on scope, access, workflow complexity, hiring and knowledge readiness. We confirm a realistic onboarding plan after discovery, not a universal launch promise.
Do you support Shopify and WooCommerce?+
Yes. We work across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central and the support, operations and reporting tools commonly used around them.
Can you work inside our existing stack?+
Yes. The operating model is designed around the tools already in place wherever practical.
How does quality assurance work?+
Scorecards, ticket audits, calibration, coaching and continuous-improvement reviews, aligned to the brand and the outcomes being measured.
Do you support English and French?+
Yes. English and French support are part of the current delivery model from Mauritius.
Is 24/7 coverage available?+
Yes, depending on the agreed team model, volume and service scope.
What does a typical dedicated engagement cost?+
An indicative example: two dedicated customer support agents, management and QA oversight, Monday-Friday coverage, USD $2,800-$3,100 per month. Starting point, not fixed universal pricing.
Is AI available now?+
Not as a published service. AI and automation capabilities are in development and marked as coming soon.
Still deciding? The call is the shortest path.
A 30-minute strategy call. Coverage, stack, volume. Then a starting recommendation.
